Alison Fairclough

Alison is experienced in delivering and managing contracts with DWP Jobcentreplus and is specialised in supporting the hardest to help with complex needs move closer to the labour market and secure sustainable employment. This includes working with individuals to improve their mental health and address issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, lack of self-esteem, and low confidence levels.

Alison’s team of 17 specialised tutors and mentors work across England, Wales and Scotland.

Alison is also experienced in working with young people and takes the lead to ensure the content we delivered for young people is appropriate and tailored to specific age ranges.
