Employability and Life Skills Tutor – Birmingham

We have a position available as an Employability and Life Skills Tutor delivering our accredited, short duration Attitude Change programs across Central and East Midlands in partnership hubs, working alongside Restart providers.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering group work and/or 1 to 1 sessions to adults or young people and will preferably have direct personal experience of working with challenging groups of people.

A proven ability to engage with course participants is essential, as is a strong work ethic and a good analytical approach to problem solving.

The geography covered by this post means that the role comes with a fully funded Company Car.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
