Expanding our Employment offer

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new In-Work Support and Rapid Return to Work offer, which aims to help people develop their skills, competencies and careers, building confidence, purpose and direction.

In-work Support

Our In-Work support offer is designed to help people understand their employers’ needs, their roles and the people involved within their roles, ensuring the success of not just them but the departments they work in. We believe that everyone has the right to make a success of their career, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Rapid Return To Work

We understand the difficulty and challenge of losing a job, particularly the first job after long-term out of work. Our approach to supporting people back into work is through getting them to understand the value that they hold, no matter where they go. Sessions focus on reviewing what went well, what went wrong and translating that learning into the next job, helping people develop the careers they want.

We are committed to helping people become more understanding of both employer and customer needs. Within our offer, we are helping people to reflect on where they’ve been, focus on where they are, and develop the skills to get to where they want to be.
