Zack Haider – Community Development Director

Zack brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the role of Community Development Director. He has previously worked in Forensics, psychiatric intensive care, substance misuse and welfare to work.

He says “My real passion is in helping people solve their own problems rather than create another dependency. We don’t want people to keep coming back, we want to give them take away, transferable skills and help people to realise their own power”.

Zack has been with Intuitive Thinking Skills from the beginning and has helped us grow from a local organisation to one that now covers England, Scotland and Wales.
