Introducing i-SET: A Personalised Employment Support Service

We’re excited to announce we have recently branded our Individual Placement Support (IPS) service as ‘i-SET: Individualised Specialist Employment Team’. This is still going to be an IPS service that provides personalised employment support to people engaged in Drug and Alcohol services.

We have decided to name and brand the service after seeing that many people who were being referred to IPS, didn’t understand what it was. We created a branding that appealed to the customer base and gave them a better understanding of the service.

We created this branding to align ourselves better with the needs of the participants and to ensure it became a recognisable name that inspires people, as well as helps them to understand that the purpose of this is to get them back into work and that the barriers that they faced are appropriately addressed.

We now proudly deliver nine IPS Services across Derbyshire, Derby City, Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Salford, and Trafford.
